The correct option is D f

As aldehydes gives positive Tollen's test, so the isomer may be
(Refer to Image 1)
But between (a) & (b), b will not react eith FeCl3 as it has phenolic-O-H$ group
(Refer to Image 2)
But (Refer to Image 3) It does not give phenoxide and hence does not react with FeCl3
So, the answer is (Refer to Image 4) .
