  1. Plague is a disease caused by the bacterium Yersinia pestis and can infect humans by rat flea by bitting and the three types of plague are pneumonic, septicemic and most common is bubonic plague.
  2. Filariasis is the disease caused by Wuchereria worm and effects the lower limbs(leg) and genitals and by chronic inflammation and hence also called elephantiasis.
  3. Innate immunity is a non-specific type of defense, which is present in a person since birth.
