In $△ A B C$ and $△ R P Q$
$∠ B = ∠ P$ (Rightangle)
$A C = R Q$ (hypotenuse, both $8$ cm)
$A B = R P$ (side, both $3$ cm)
$∴ △ A B C ≅ △ R P Q$ by RHS congruence rule
