Solution

Euploidy is the condition in which entire set of chromosomes is duplicated over several times.

Aneuploidy is the condition in which abnormal number of chromosomes are seen in the haploid set. This abnormal number can happen either due to loss of chromosomes or gain of it. When aneuploidy occurs due to loss of chromosomes it is called as hypoploidy whereas when addition takes place it is called as hyperploidy.

Tetrasomy is a type of aneuploidy (Hyperploidy) where there is a gain of extra two chromosomes of same type.
