We know that, induced EMF,

So,

I=eR=LRdidt ...(1)

Now,

[I]=[LRdidt]

[I]=[LR][didt]

[LR]=[dt]=[T] ([I]=[di])

LR has dimension of time.

From (1),

didt=IL/R

So, didt if L/R

Hence, option (B) is the correct answer.
