The electronic configuration of thalium is [Xe] 4f14 5d106s26p1.
The oxidation state of Tl is +1 which gives fully filled stable electronic configuration.

TlI3 is Tl+I3
CsI3 is Cs+I3

Both have same crystalline structure. Hence, they are isomorphous.
Thus, (c) is the most appropriate answer.
