The correct option is D Data in both statement together is not sufficient
As per statement I and II :
$K + T > S$ and $R + K < S$
This implies $R < T$ , also $R, K < S$ .
Therefore either $T$ or $S$ is the oldest.
But we are not getting the relation between ages of $T$ and $S$ .
Hence, data in both statement together is not sufficient.
