Sperm produced in the testes is stored in the epididymis. From here sperms move through the vas deferens into the urethra where the three accessory glands - seminal vesicles, prostate gland and the bulbourethral glands add their secretions to the semen providing nourishment and the medium for sperm motility. The semen then leaves the body through the urethra which opens out through the penis.
