The mutated DNA sequence has T at position 10 in place of G. Since both normal and mutated sequence has a same number of nucleotides (and hence same number of genetic codes), both normal and mutated proteins would have the same number of amino acids. However, the mutated DNA would code for the protein having isoleucine (AUA) in place of leucine (CUA) amino acid. Thus, the correct answer is option A.
