In this case,
Sum of all observations

= 5100
Total number of observations = 4

$\therefore Average=\frac{5100}{4}=1275$

Production on Wednesday = 1500
$\therefore$ The production on Wednesday is 1500 - 1275 = 225 kg more than the average
