$q_{1} = q_{2} = 15 \times \frac{8}{6} \Rightarrow V_{1} = \frac{q_{1}}{C_{1}} = \frac{15 \times 8}{6 \times 2}$

& $V_{2} = 5 V$ (will not burn)
$q_{3} + q_{4} = q_{5} = \frac{3}{2} \times 15 = \frac{45}{2}$
