Plot of $\ln k$ or $E_{cell}^o$ will have slope $=\frac{1}{2}\frac{RT}{F}$

Slope, $m=\frac{RT}{nF}=\frac{8.314\times 298}{2\times 96500}=0.0129$ i.e line OA since slope is positive but value is less.
