Solution

FAILURE OF PERSONAL HYGIENE AND DRUG USE:

Everyone is opinionated. But sometimes those opinions morph into fact.
Because you show up to work looking like you awakened later than planned, won’t seem as serious the first one or two times this happens. But one or two times a week, maybe even three, can begin to raise suspicions.
Suspicions of which include your disheveled hair which certainly isn’t helping your case, nor is your overall stink from not taking a shower in the last few days.
Your shirt is untucked and your tie is crooked. Whatever you had for dinner last night is caught in your teeth this morning and needs to be dealt with, and Mio-Dio! your eyes are red enough to resemble the warm end of a fireplace poker.
In short, by your presentation alone, people who work and live around you, may determine that you have problems. Why? Because whatever issues you have may be literally seeping from your pores or hanging from your unwashed face, hands, shoulders and hair.
NOTES FROM A DRUG ADDICTION
The problem is your drug habit has lied to you – again.
When it might have first claimed there was no way you could become addicted, whether you know or not, or admit so or not, yes, you have become addicted.
And to worsen things, your drug of choice has fooled you into thinking you can easily function throughout the workday, just in the same way your addiction has promised you to not let things get too out of hand with your drug abuse.
A couple of lines now and then, or a couple of fixes. Then some drinks to top everything off, and you’re good. But of course, being an addict doesn’t necessarily allow for conformity to compromise.
Your drug of choice has lied again. What more untruths can it tell you?
Oh, that you look fine? You look good? Really?
If they haven’t already altered your looks, or if you haven’t glanced in the mirror lately, check out what drugs can eventually do to your appearance

DRUG USE AND BAD SKIN:

Prolonged drug abuse leads to loss of skin elasticity, which is what your skin is when it’s taunt and healthy. Prolonged drug use causes the skin to wrinkle and permanently sag. Skin spots, acne and acne scars develop.
Long-term drug addicts can look as much as 20 years older than they really are. Cocaine addicts have it particularly bad as nearly 80 percent of the cocaine that comes into the United States is cut with levamisole, which is a veterinarian medicine used to de-worm farm animals. In humans, this cocaine additive inflames small blood vessels and leads to skin cell death.
DRUG USE AND BAD TEETH:
No doubt you’ve heard the term “pothead” or “cokehead.” Well, meth mouth isn’t far behind in the category of naming drug addictions after parts of the body.
Meth mouth occurs when a long term user of methamphetamines dries out his or her salivary glands. This leads users to grind their teeth, which can grind away tooth enamel.

DRUG USE AND BAD BREATH:

Bad breath is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to periodontal disease. When dental decay, chronically ground teeth, constricted small blood vessels, dry mouth and tooth loss are combined, not only will bad breath come with that combination, but so may gingivitis, which can lead to gum disease.
Once gingivitis occurs, and your gums weaken, your teeth are the next to be affected, as they will more than likely fall out. Next stop after that, dentures.

DRUG USE AND HAIR LOSS:

Depending upon the drug and, of course, the user, prolonged use of any drug can affect hair. Some drugs may cause extreme hair growth, while others can cause hair loss.
Changes in hair color have also been reported, as well limpness, frizzy hair, stringy or flat hair. The one positive to come from this is hair loss is reversible once the addict stops taking drugs.

DRUG USE AND EYESIGHT:

Our eyes represent two of the most powerful features of our bodies. We can distinguish over 10 million colors, and can see items at a distance farther than 30 miles.
When drug use comes into play, our eyes tend to dry out, which in the long run can cause permanent damage to our eyes. This will mean a need for glasses or some other type of corrective action by an optometrist so that once again we can have healthy eyesight.

These are the major effects of taking drugs. Thus it destroys the health and hygiene of our body.

I think there is no need for tabular representation for this.
