The correct option is C 3 in parallel and 1 series with them
Formula for equivalent capacitance in parallel
Ceq=C1+C2
Formula for equivalent capacitance in series
1Ceq=1C1+1C2
So, For 3 capacitance (9μFeach) in parallel and 1 series ,the equivalent capacitance =
1Ceq=136+112
Ceq=36×1236+12

Ceq=9μF
Therefore, C is correct option.
