Solution
The component numbered 1 i.e. Red Blood Corpuscles (RBCs) do not have mitochondria or ribosomes and nucleus; they are denucleated.
The main function of RBCs is the transport of oxygen (O2) from the cells of the body and deliver carbon dioxide (CO2) to the lungs. Due to denucleation, the RBCs have a biconcave shape (disc shape), which aids them to pass through tiny blood vessels to deliver oxygen to the cells, tissues, and organs. Also, the flexible disc shape increases the surface area-to-volume ratio of the RBCs. This feature of the RBCs enables easy diffusion of O2 and CO2 across the RBC's plasma membrane.
Thus, the RBCs do not have certain organelles (ribosomes or mitochondria and nucleus), but still are very efficient in their function.
