We have known that, if the speed of a boat in downstream is U and in upstream is V. Then the speed of the boat in still water is :- $\frac{U+V}{2}$

And the speed of stream will be :- $\frac{U-V}{2}$

So, here, speed of boat in still water = $\frac{6+4}{2}=5Km/hr$
