The correct option is B $3$
Let $5 x + 3 y = 3 c$ , ...(1)
$2 y = c - 4 x$ , ...(2)
and $x + y = 6$ ...(3)
Adding equations (2) and (3), we get.
$3 y = c - 5 x + 6$ ...(4)
Substituting this equation (4) in equation (1), we get
$5 x + (c - 5 x + 6) = 3 c$
$\Rightarrow 5 x + c - 5 x + 6 = 3 c$
$\Rightarrow c + 6 = 3 c$
$\Rightarrow 6 = 2 c$
$\Rightarrow c = 3$
