The correct option is B 3
Let 5x+3y=3c, ...(1)
2y=c4x, ...(2)
and x+y=6 ...(3)
Adding equations (2) and (3), we get.
3y=c5x+6 ...(4)
Substituting this equation (4) in equation (1), we get
5x+(c5x+6)=3c
5x+c5x+6=3c
c+6=3c
6=2c
c=3
