Definition of a right triangle:

According to the Pythagorean theorem, if the square of the longest side of the triangle is equal to the sum of squares of the other two sides, then the triangle is a right triangle.

To check whether the triangle is right-angled,

  1. We will find the longest side among the given three sides.
  2. Find the square of the longest side.
  3. Find the sum of squares of the other two sides.
  4. Check if the square of the longest side is equal to the sum of squares of the other two sides.
  5. If yes, the triangle is a right triangle, or else not.
