The correct option is A Zero
If points lie on the same line, then they are called collinear points
No circle can be drawn lying on 3 collinear points.
In the figure A ,B ,C are the collinear points.
We cannot draw a single circle through three non collinear points.

For us too draw a circle through three points, the three points have to be Collinear.
so, option A will be the answer.
