The correct option is D Nervous system
In the neural canal of frog, near the intervertebral foramen, there is a dorsally located periganglionic gland (Gland of Swammerdam), which secretes white and bright calcareous material. This secreting spinal nerve, after its emergence, divides into three branches(rami), viz. a dorsal ramus, a ventral ramus and a ramus communicans. The dorsal ramus is short and slender, the ventral ramus is long and thick, while the ramus communicans is short and connects the spinal nerve with the sympathetic ganglion.
