Glucose present in the glomerular filtrate is reabsorbed into blood along with na+. Both na+ and glucose are co transported through a transporter called SGLT-2(Sodium-Glucose Linked Transport). This do transporter is present only in the proximal convoluted tubule of the nephron. So the reabsorption of glucose takes place in PCT of nephron.
