We can change state of matter by lowering pressure with increasing temperature.BY LOWERING THE PRESSURE AND INCREASING THE TEMPERATURE WE CAN CONVERT SOLID TO LIQUID OR LIQUID TO GAS.

A low pressure can apply on a matter at high temperature.

There are somany equipments for inceasing and decreasing pressure.With those we can decrease pressure.
