The correct option is B $- 2.5$ cm
Change in $Marry$ 's height

$= - \frac{1}{2}$ cm/Year

So,the total change in her height over the next $5$ years will be the product of the negative number $(- \frac{1}{2})$ with positive number $5$ ,which results in

$= (- \frac{1}{2} \times 5)$ cm

$= - 2.5$ cm
