$y = 2 - x^{2}$
$\Rightarrow x^{2} = 2 - y$ , this is of form $x^{2} = 4 a y$ (Parabola) with vertex at $(0, 2)$
Now, for $y = 12 - x^{2} \Rightarrow y$ cannot be negative,

Hence, this is the answer.
