In case of perallel ,$\frac{1}{R_{\text{eq/parallel}}}=\frac{1}{R_1}+\frac{1}{R_2}$
$H_2=\frac{v^2}{R_{\text{eq/parallel}}}$
$\Rightarrow R_{\text{eq/series}}$ is greater than $R_{\text{eq/parallel}}$
Hence, we can say that $H_1<H_2$
