Vaporization process are endothermic because gaseous particles possess more kinetic than those in liquid state and hence we can say absorption of energy takes place

Gas particles has higher kinetic energy than liquid and they have more space available for them to move faster and randomly. Hence randomness of system increases during vaporization

When liquid changes to vapor, it gain some energy. So we can say vapor gains the energy of vaporization. Hence vapor has high potential energy.

So all statements are correct.
