Solution

The correct option is B H3O+
H2SO4(aq)+H2O(l)H3O+(aq)+HSO4(aq)
HC2H3O2(aq)+H2O(l)H3O+(aq)+C2H3O2(aq)
The weaker the acid the stronger will be its conjugate base. In the above equations, there are three acids i.e. H2SO4,HC2H3O2 and H3O+. Now H2SO4 is very strong acid. But H3O+ is very weak acid (pKa=1014). So conjugate base of H3O+ will be strong base comparably.
