HF form stronger bond than H2O [EN ofF>O&H bondEN] still heat of vapourisation of HF is lower than that of pure water. Why?

Heat of vapourization depends upon the no. of bonds, not on the strength of signle H-bond,
1 molecule of HF can form only 2 hydrogen bond whereas 1 molecule of H2O can form 4 hydrogen bond.
