$a^{2} + b^{2} - a b - b^{2} - a^{2}$

Given, a = -2 and b = 3
So, putting a = -2 and b = 3 in the given expression, we get
$a^{2} + b^{2} - a b - b^{2} - a^{2} = (- 2)^{2} + (3)^{2} - (- 2) (3) - (3)^{2} - (- 2)^{2} = 4 + 9 + 6 - 9 - 4 = 6$
