Solution

Haemophilia is a sex-linked recessive disease. The female '2' is heterozygote or carrier for the disease so she does not express the disease herself. The genotype of '2' is thus XhX. The male in the F1 generation,i.e. '5' is a victim male of the disease so it has the genotype of XhY.
