Let x be the total number of deer.
x2 deers are grazing in the field and 34 of x2 are playing.
There are 9 remaining deer.
34×x2+9=x2
3x8x2=9
2x16=9
x=72
36 deers are grazing in the field and 27 are playing.
no. of deers grazing no. of deers playing =3627=9 which is the multiple of 3 and 9.
