Half the perimeter of a garden, whose length is 4 more than its width is 36 m. Find the dimensions of the garden.

Let the width be x.
So, length = x+4
Now, half perimeter= l+b=36
x+(x+4)=36
2x+4=36
2x=36-4
2x=32
x=16
Hence, the length of the garden is 20 m and width is 16 m.
