The correct option is D 10 m & 6 m
Let the length of the garden be x and the breadth be y.

Then, half the perimeter =12×2(x+y)=16

x+y=16(1)

Also given, length of the garden is 4 m more than its breadth.

xy=4(2)

Adding (1) and (2),

2x=20x=10

Substituting x=10 in (2),

10y=4y=6

The length is 10 m and breadth is 6 m.
