Solution

The correct option is B Human
The harderian gland is a gland found within the eye's orbit, which occurs in tetrapods (reptiles, amphibians, birds and mammals), that possess a nictitating membrane. The harderian gland is found in all terrestrial vertebrate groups, including amphibia, reptiles, birds, and mammals. However, it appears to be absent in certain mammals such as bats, cows, horses, and higher primates. Though largely absent in the adult human, it is present in the foetal and neonatal stages. The harderian gland is located within the eye orbit, at the nasal base of the third eyelid. In rabbits, it is composed of 2 lobes- a dorsal white lobe and a ventral pink lobe.
