List price of the raincoat = Rs. 550
Rebate = $\frac{15}{100} \times 550 = R s . 82.50$

After deducting the rebate, its price = 467.50
Sales tax = $\frac{10}{100} \times 467.50 = R s . 46.75$

Buying price of the raincoat = $R s . 467.5 + R s . 46.75 = R s . 514.25$
