The correct option is A East
Harsh is walking in the south direction. After walking 15 meters he turns to his right. So now he is walking in the west direction. After walking 10 meters he turns to his left. So now he is walking again in the south direction. After walking 5 meters he turns to his left, which is the east direction. Hence the answer is East.
