Solution

The correct option is C (^n1×^n2).^n3=0
From the laws of reflection the incident ray, reflected ray and normal lie on the same plane.

Here ^n1 ^n2 and ^n3 are in the same xy plane.
From rule of cross product of vector (^n1×^n) will give an unit vector which is perpendicular to the plane of ^n1, ^n2 i.e. to the (xy) plane.
(^n1×^n2)^n3
(^n1×^n2).^n3=0 (from dot product)
Hence, option (c) is the correct answer.
