Instructions: In the chapter apart from hospitals and providing treatment and medicines there are other factors that promote healthcare like clean drinking water. List down those factors below.


Solution: To prevent illnesses, in addition to medicines we need enough food, safe drinking water, proper sanitation (safe disposal of faeces) and a clean environment. All these factors are important because the people in rural areas don't have access to these facilities and they suffer from undernourishment, which makes them weak.
Other facilities like schools, electricity, public transport, are also necessary. These are known as public facilities.
