Length = 14.1 km , Breadth = 5.2 km

Perimeter of a rectangle
. =2(a+b)
Where,
a= length of rectangle
b=bredth of rectangle.
So,
Perimeter of given rectangle =2(14.1+5.2)
=2*(19.3)
= 38.6 Km
