What is the time period of an object which it oscillates 120 times in a minute?

Given that 120 oscillations are made by the object for 1 min = 60 sec.
So, no. of oscillation in 1 sec = 120/60 = 2 .
We know that the number of oscillations made per second (2 oscillations per second ) is called its frequency


∴ Frequency = 2 Hz
Time period = 1/ Frequency
Time period = 1/ 2
Time period = 0.5 sec
