The value of a,b,c and d are
a = 2
b = 3
c = 1
d = 4
Explanation,
  1. For the value of 'a' it can be said that 3 and 4 are in row and for column 1 and 3 so only possible value for 'a' is 2.
  2. For the value of 'b' it can be said that 1 and 2 are in row nd for column 2 and 4 so only possible value for 'b' is 3.
  3. For the value of 'c' it can be said that 2 , 3 and 4 are in row and for column as well so only possible value for 'c' is 1.
  4. For the value of 'd' it can be said that 2 × 2 grid of unknown has value 2,3 and 1 so only possible value for 'd' is 4.
