For first $3$ years
$R = 6$ %, $T = 3, P = P$
$S I_{1} = \frac{P R T}{100} = \frac{18 P}{100}$
For next $5$ years
$R = 9$ % $T = 5, P = P$
$S I_{2} = \frac{P R T}{100} = \frac{45 P}{100}$
For next $3$ years
$R = 13$ % $T = 3, P = P$
