The correct option is C Below the previous hole
As we move down from the top of the container, the pressure exerted by the top layer on the bottom adds up. Due to this phenomenon, the fluid at the bottom of the container experiences more pressure than the fluid which is above it. Thus, the pressure in liquids increases with depth. And hence, if a hole is punched below the given point it can hit the target.
