Solution

The principle of Equity is violated in this case. In this case, both Hina and Himesh have same educational qualification but they receive different salaries from the company. This is clearly a case of discrimination on the basis of gender. The principle of Equity talks about treating all workers equally. No worker should be discriminated on the basis of age, gender, race, caste, creed etc. This principle ensures that every worker feels that he gets fair and just treatment from the company. This helps in maintaining a cordial relationship with the company. It also enhances the sense of loyalty towards the company and motivates the employees.
