Solution
A hot saturated solution of Sodium nitrate(NaNO3) forms crystals, as it cools:
Because of the decrease in its solubility with a decrease in temperature.
Saturated solution: It is the type of solution in which no more solute can be added.
As the solubility decreases at room temperature, therefore when the excess of Sodium nitrate in saturated solution it get will separate out in form of crystals.
