Solution

No, our Constitution would not be then called a good and democratic Constitution because

1. Fundamental Rights are the basis of our Constitution as it provides security to the citizens of India.

2. It cannot be changed or altered according to the wish of the government. It can be amended on by law.

3. People can move to the court if their Fundamental Rights are violated which gives them the real identity of being citizens of a democratic nation.

4.Fundamental rights are backed by law.

Fundamental Duties are totally different from fundamental Rights. They are not backed by law nor are obligatory in nature. They are simple guidelines for being good citizens.
