Buffer solutions-These are aqueous solutions consisting a mixture of weak acid and it conjugate base.
Preparation of Buffer Solution:
The preparation of the solution will be depend upon dissociation constant of acid(pKa) and base(pKb).Buffer solution never affects the pH of the solution ,pH remains constant. Thus, Buffer solution is made by mixing weak acid and it conjugate base and vice versa.
