Solution
Dear Student
Liquids and gases are able to flow from one place to another because -
these have freely moving particles which allow them to flow from place to place.
the forces of attraction between their molecules is weak which makes easy for their molecules to move
these do not have strong intermolecular bonds, and their molecules and atoms are not tightly packed due to which these can flow.
