So, number of pens with Ram = $20-x$
As per question,
Ratio between Sujay and Ram = 4:1
$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{x}{20-x}=\frac{4}{1}$
$\Rightarrow$ $x=4\times (20-x)$
$\Rightarrow$ $x=80-4x)$
$\Rightarrow$ $x+4x=80$
$\Rightarrow$ $5x=80$
$\therefore$ $x=16$

So, the number of pens with Sujay = $x$ = 16
And, the number of pens with Ram = $20-x$ = 4
