Solution

ADH

  1. ADH is anti-diuretic hormone.
  2. It is a hormone whose concentration increases when there is a deficiency of body fluid and dehydration.
  3. A higher concentration of ADH causes constriction of arterioles leading to vasoconstriction.
  4. As a result of vasoconstriction, the blood pressure increase.
  5. Intake of water helps to lower the concentration of ADH and reduce blood pressure.
